Mike Preston grew up in his family’s triple-decker home in East Boston, where his passion for real estate was sparked at an early age. While other kids were playing with Tonka trucks, Mike was learning the ropes of property management—helping his father fix leaking pipes and painting rentals between tenants. With over 14 years of experience, Mike is a seasoned real estate professional who owns and operates two companies: Aura Realty Advisors and Beacon Montclair Development. Licensed in 2010, during the recovery from an $8 trillion housing market crash, Mike entered the industry when most were steering clear. Since then, he has built a thriving career, cultivating strong relationships and earning recognition as a top producer in the competitive Boston market. His clients include first-time homebuyers, experienced investors, and families looking to upsize or downsize.
